How to SHOP(for retail)
Just like in a physical store, choose the item you likes then email a order to us at info@ozjpcraft.com, we will reply to you asap, also you can print out a purchase order, and fax it to us at +61 3 9018 4342. We'll call to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

Delivery Policy
We've done our best to make delivery as easy and cost effective for you as possible, When your order is posted you will receive a confirmation via email. Delivery time is usually 2-7 working days Australia wide, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in any case. We use Australia Post & Couriers for deliveries depending on your location.
